Bid Review & Analysis
Bid Review and Analysis is a process that takes place after the presentation of the tender. The bid team can enhance the state of your company. Normally, bid review will be carried out in line with assessment criteria or a selection method mentioned in the invitation to tender. We will not use the criteria or other factors that were not included in the invitation to tender to evaluate the bids.
The clients should submit clear and well-organized bids, but nevertheless, a great deal of inclusiveness is needed in the bid review process, to make sure that proposals are properly acknowledged, bids are manageable with an invitation to tender, no information is neglected and that correct conviction is reached.
We will do an initial review of the offers received and will determine their receptivity and conformity to the conditions in the invitation to tender documents.
